About me

I am a Computer Science graduate student at Oregon State University in the Information & Data Management and Analytics (IDEA) Lab. My research is guided by Professor Arash Termehchy.

My research is broadly in human-data interaction, data management, and machine learning. I build data-centric systems that help people understand data, develop insights, and make decisions, while accounting for the fact that users, data sources, and ML systems may not always share the same incentives.

Apart from research, my hands on technical and product delivery background is as a Data Scientist, Data/ML Engineer and Software Engineer.

I also mentor ~30 undergraduates year round for CS Capstone projects and support other graduate courses at OSU.
